After years of building and steering teams through the awkward growth phase — too big to wing it, too lean for a full back office — Onur started Pisces Management to give other owners the partner he wished he'd had.
From our base in Plano, we work with companies across Dallas–Fort Worth and remotely throughout the U.S. We keep the roster small on purpose, so the people you meet are the people in the work.
